Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our café. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change. Serve food items according to established standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests. Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry and management, ensuring efficiency during peak hours. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash registers and retail math is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively. Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food preparation.
