We're looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth and positive dining experience. Our environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, and built on strong communication. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests, creating a friendly and positive first impression Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system Prepare menu items in accordance with company recipes and food safety standards Handle cash and process transactions accurately while following proper cash-handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area, kitchen, and service stations Support the training of new team members on food preparation and customer service standards Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions or concerns Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus, but not required Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude Basic math skills for handling transactions and payments Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Experience with POS systems is preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Join us at Sourdough & Co. and be part of a supportive, energetic team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.
