As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. You will be responsible for various tasks including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining spaces. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Assist with bussing tables and restocking supplies as needed to maintain a smooth operation. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in quick service or fast food environments. Culinary experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food handling practices. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions and understanding retail math concepts. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary. Familiarity with sanitation standards and practices in the food industry is essential. Experience with serving, cashiering, or grocery store operations is advantageous but not required.
