Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently according to established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment Assist with food safety practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols Support team members with bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring a clean environment at all times Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or food service is highly preferred; experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work effectively in a team environment within a fast-paced café or retail setting Prior experience in cashiering, bussing, or kitchen operations will be considered an asset Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering great food and memorable experiences!
