Job Description
Hayato is looking for a kitchen expo for dinner service, 5 days a week. Work duties mainly include assisting the sous chefs with the timing, flow and execution of our 18 course tasting menu over 4 hours before service, light prep, cleaning and dishwashing before and after service, and basic knifework. This is an entry level position intended for someone who is looking to familiarize themselves with Japanese fine dining. We are looking for someone focused with attention to detail and a positive attitude - no special cooking skills are required. Hours are 5pm-1am
