SCOPE OF POSITION

Responsibilities of kitchen prep staff is to meet the restaurant's food prep needs, responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen, and to make sure the kitchen complies with health and safety protocols.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following are examples only and are not intended to be all inclusive or restrictive; other duties may be assigned if necessary

• Efficiently prep all food needs of the restaurant.
• Weighing, measuring, mixing, and prepping ingredients according to recipes.
• Cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.
• Ensuring health and safety regulations of the kitchen is excellent.
• Review inventory on a daily basis.
• Help serve customers and process transactions on register as needed.
