Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Kitchen Staff member and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! Whether you're assisting with food handling, supporting banquet events, or maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, your contribution will be essential to our success. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols Support cooking and food preparation activities, including chopping, plating, and portioning ingredients Assist with food handling procedures to ensure freshness, safety, and compliance with health regulations Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts Support serving staff by bussing tables and ensuring smooth flow during busy service periods Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when required Contribute to banquet setups and support catering events with timely food delivery and presentation Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques Experience with food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory Enthusiasm for guest services and a positive attitude in fast-paced settings Join us if you're passionate about culinary arts, eager to develop your hospitality skills, and ready to contribute to an energetic team dedicated to guest satisfaction!
