• Full-Time / Part-Time Super Dumpling is hiring an experienced kitchen team member to join our fast-paced dumpling house.

Position Overview This position focuses mainly on dumpling production and cooking during service. The ideal candidate is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining consistency and quality. Experience in high-volume restaurant kitchens is preferred. Main Responsibilities Steam dumplings according to company standards Pan-fry dumplings and maintain proper texture and presentation Boil dumplings and noodles during service Prepare and plate dishes accurately and efficiently Monitor food quality and portion consistency Keep station clean, organized, and stocked throughout shifts Follow food safety and sanitation standards Communicate effectively with kitchen team members and front-of-house staff Assist with prep work and kitchen closing duties when needed Qualifications Previous kitchen experience preferred Experience with dumplings, steamers, or Asian cuisine is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure Strong sense of urgency and teamwork Reliable attendance and punctuality required Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Weekend and holiday availability preferred What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Friendly and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with the company Staff meals provided during shifts If you are dependable, hardworking, and enjoy working in a busy kitchen environment, we would love to hear from you.
