SAGE Dining Services® is seeking upbeat on-call utility workers to help out in the dining program at a university in Redding, CA. If you like working with a team, keeping things clean and organized, and being part of a positive work environment, this could be a great fit for you. We're hiring on-call help as the school year wraps up. Duties may include helping with dishwashing, serving, catering events, and general kitchen support. Students are encouraged to apply! Schedule:

Service runs 7 days a week Shifts between 7 a.m. - p.m. Some evenings, weekends, and catering events Summers off

Pay Type:

$16.90 Hourly

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile! Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots. Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience. Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen. What you'll need: Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean. Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures. Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
