In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks from taking orders to assisting in food preparation. Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using the POS system. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Operate the cash register efficiently, processing payments and managing cash transactions. Assist in food preparation and ensure that all kitchen operations meet health and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain quality standards. Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales opportunities. Requirements Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude. Basic culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation processes. Familiarity with cash register operations; experience with the POS is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items as needed. Please include your hours of availability to work. Applicants with availability for weekdays lunch shifts (10:45am - 2:30pm) will receive priority in hiring.
