Schedule:

20-25 hours per week, part-time, evenings and weekends About Us At Komatsuya, we deliver "Honmamon" —a Kansai Japanese word meaning genuine or real . We offer an intimate kaiseki-style omakase experience featuring seasonal Japanese cuisine, natural wines, and premium sake. Responsibilities Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Keep kitchen and dish areas clean and organized Assist with basic food prep and kitchen tasks Follow food safety and sanitation standards Support the kitchen team as needed Who We're Looking For Reliable and team-oriented Positive attitude and willingness to learn Interested in learning authentic Japanese cuisine and kitchen operations Wants to grow with the team and develop new skills Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required We are happy to train the right person who is eager to learn and build a future in the restaurant industry.
