Kitchen Team Member

We are looking for an easy-going, organized, self-motivated team member to join our healthy food company. We are looking for a dedicated person to join our kitchen staff team, specializing in the production of our high-quality overnight oats and baking mixes. The role involves a mix of precision and efficiency, ensuring that our products meet our stringent quality standards. As part of a dynamic team, you'll be responsible for the accurate measurement and packaging of dry ingredients according to specific recipes, setting up and cleaning your workstation, and maintaining an organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently. Flexibility in scheduling is a key component, allowing you to choose hours that fit your personal timetable, with an expectation of increased availability during peak periods such as Black Friday. Hours:

20 hours per week (with potential for more hours leading up to Black Friday)

Responsibilities:

Accurately fill bags with dry goods per specified recipes. Set up workstations and equipment before production begins. Clean up workstations and equipment, including washing dishes, at the end of each shift. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Ensure all products meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately. Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean work environment. Flexibility to work varied hours depending on personal schedule and business needs. Ability to work independently and efficiently.
