Job Description
## Overview We are seeking a dedicated Take Out team member to join our restaurant team. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! ## Responsibilities
- Assist floor staff whenever possible with various duties
- Greet customers and answer phones warmly and assist them with their take-out orders
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using Toast POS
- Ensure orders are packaged correctly and ready for pick-up
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the take-out area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation ## Skills
- Experience in guest services, restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality environments
- Proficiency in Toast POS is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Prior experience in food service or related industry is desirable
