As a member of our kitchen team, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality yakitori and grilled dishes while maintaining the standards of a restaurant with over 100 years of history originating in Tokyo, Japan. About Us Edomasa is a century-old restaurant from Tokyo, Japan, now proudly serving authentic Japanese cuisine and yakitori in San Francisco's Japantown.
