Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, upselling items to enhance their experience Prepare and serve a variety of food items, beverages, and snacks following proper food handling and sanitation standards Operate POS systems accurately for order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including counters, equipment, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety regulations Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Restock supplies, ingredients, and utensils as needed to keep the café well-equipped for daily operations Support food preparation tasks like slicing, assembling, or packaging items while adhering to safety standards Requirements Hands-on experience making cappuccinos and lattes required Familiarity with POS systems such as Square is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and cleaning Having a vehicle is a plus Experience in culinary arts or kitchen work is advantageous but not required; training will be provided Join us as a Café Team Member where every day is an opportunity to serve with passion!
