Since 2016, we've grown from a single café into a Bay Area staple known for craft coffee, hospitality, and now — our in-house bakery and roastery. We're looking for a Food Prep/Assembly Team Member to join our production team. This role focuses on kitchen prep, assembly, and baking support to keep our cafés stocked with fresh, high-quality food. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, portioning, and assembly of bakery and café menu items Support production of ready-to-eat and ready-to-bake items (such as burritos, pastries, chia puddings, and overnight oats) Package, label, and organize items for delivery or café distribution Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment Follow food safety and sanitation standards Assist with ingredient prep, storage, and inventory as needed Qualifications 1+ year experience in a high-volume kitchen, bakery, or production environment preferred Must be available to work 11 AM - 7:00 PM (fixed hours) Sunday-Thursday schedule preferred ; limited flexibility on days off Valid driver's license (for occasional deliveries or supply runs) Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($20-$23/hour) Opportunity for growth into a full-time role Health, Dental, and Vision insurance (for full-time employees) 401(k) for all employees Employee discounts on coffee, food, and merchandise A supportive, collaborative work environment How to Apply To apply, please submit your resume and a short cover letter telling us why you'd love to join Voyager Craft Coffee.
