You will be responsible for preparing high-quality ingredients, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting with cooking tasks on the grill. The ideal candidate is someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follows all safety and sanitation procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation:

Perform daily prep tasks, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and meats to specific standards.

Grill/Teppan Work:

Assist with cooking items on the grill (Teppan/Flat-top) and ensure food is prepared according to recipes and quality standards.

Station Setup:

Keep the kitchen stations organized and fully stocked with necessary ingredients for service.

Cleaning & Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. This includes sweeping, mopping floors, washing dishes, and taking out the trash.

Sanitation:

Follow all food safety guidelines and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.

Teamwork:

Assist other kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen or fast-casual restaurant is preferred but not required (we are willing to train the right person!). Ability to use knives and kitchen equipment safely. Physical ability to stand for long periods. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude. Must have (or be willing to obtain) a Food Handler's Card.
