Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food and beverage items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and swiftly Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed Assist in food handling tasks such as stocking supplies, organizing ingredients, and supporting kitchen operations Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple tasks like serving customers, food prep, and cleaning Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Familiarity with POS systems like Toast POS or Square POS is a plus Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations for transactions Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in cashiering, bussing tables, or retail math is advantageous but not mandatory Basic kitchen experience or culinary background can be beneficial for food preparation duties Join us and be part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
