Kitchen Team Member (Back of House) Part-Time

Overview We're looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our kitchen team. As a Back of House Team Member, you'll play a key role in keeping our kitchen running efficiently and delivering high-quality food to our guests. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking menu items according to company standards Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and fully stocked Use kitchen equipment safely, including knives and prep tools Support team members during busy service periods to ensure quick and accurate orders Help receive, organize, and store deliveries Assist with basic prep for catering and special orders when needed Requirements Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work well in a team and stay productive under pressure Good organizational and time management skills Willingness to learn and grow in a kitchen environment
