SUBSTITUTE CAFETERIA ASSISTANT 4

hrs/daily, Monday-Friday, approximately 10:30AM-2:30PM Short-term and on call as needed

DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Assist head cook/manager with daily food service operations for the single-school district's breakfast and lunch program, including washing/cleaning and assisting in basic food preparation and food serving.

QUALIFICATIONS

(in accordance with USDA Professional Standards for State and Local School Nutrition Program Personnel)

• Valid California driver's license and proof of insurance is required.
• Valid Serve Safe certification is required
• At least one year of paid or unpaid experience in commercial or institutional quantity food preparation, including the preparation and serving of at least 100 meals per day is desirable.
• Good work history, demonstrating verifiable reliability, and good work habits.
