As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Whether you are working in a fine dining setting or a vibrant nightclub atmosphere, your ability to engage with guests and provide attentive service will be key to your success. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe dining environment. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering positive guest relations throughout their visit. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Requirements Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Familiarity with cash register operations and handling payments accurately. Strong culinary knowledge is an advantage for providing informed recommendations to guests. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
