KITCHEN + HOSPITALITY TEAM MEMBER HOURLY + TIPS
At Surfers Point Cafe, we're more than just coffee and breakfast burritos. We're a gathering place for our community, and we're looking for a great person to join our team. We're searching for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in their work, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
This role includes:
Food prep Making breakfast burritos and sandwiches Dishwashing and keeping the kitchen clean Running food to guests Bussing tables Supporting the team wherever needed The ideal person: Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with others Learns quickly and pays attention to the little details Moves with purpose and thrives in a fast-paced environment Takes pride in doing things the right way Notices what needs to be done before being asked Understands that hospitality is about making people feel welcome The best way we can describe this role: We're looking for the second-string quarterback. The person who shows up early, works hard, supports the team, and is always ready when their number is called. They pay attention, learn the game, and see opportunities before others do. They know they aren't just working a job—they're building skills and experience that will take them somewhere. Experience is great, but attitude, effort, and character matter even more.
