Restaurant Crew Member

Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Duties Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience. Take and process customer orders accurately, while offering menu recommendations and answering questions about food and beverages. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist in food preparation and presentation as needed, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene are maintained. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate processing of payments. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills and knowledge of menu items. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A passion for food and hospitality is highly valued; knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as necessary.
