Duties Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to ensure quality standards are met Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment to uphold food safety and hygiene standards Support cooking processes by following instructions from chefs or kitchen supervisors Handle food handling responsibilities safely and efficiently, adhering to all food safety regulations Buss tables and assist with serving food when needed to ensure timely service for guests Contribute to banquet setups and catering events by preparing ingredients and assisting with presentation Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth kitchen workflow Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and serve customers professionally Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and moving supplies Familiarity with food handling procedures and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Experience in culinary roles such as serving or bussing is advantageous but not mandatory A positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to contribute to a lively team environment Embark on a fulfilling journey in the hospitality industry by joining us as Kitchen Staff!
