We are expanding our kitchen crew and looking for reliable, detail-oriented culinary professionals to join our team. Whether you are an experienced line cook or looking to get your foot in the door as a dishwasher, we have a spot for individuals who pride themselves on speed, consistency, and a clean workspace. Open Positions & Key Responsibilities 1. Line Cooks Replicate and plate menu favorites accurately according to established recipes. Manage station setup, breakdown, and restocking throughout the shift. Monitor inventory levels at your station to ensure seamless service. Collaborate with the kitchen crew to maintain fast ticket times. Adhere strictly to all health department and food safety codes. 2. Prep Cooks Execute daily prep lists, including precise chopping, slicing, and marinating. Properly label, date, and rotate all ingredients (FIFO method). Maintain a highly organized and sanitary prep station. Monitor stock levels and assist the line during peak rush hours. 3.
Dishwashers / Kitchen
Utility Clean, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, and heavy cookware. Maintain a clear, organized, and hazard-free dishwashing station. Manage trash removal and assist with general kitchen deep cleaning. Support the culinary team with basic tasks during high-volume periods. What We Are Looking For Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen (Line, Prep, or Dish) is highly valued but we are willing to train the right attitude. Ability to maintain composure and move with a sense of urgency in a high-volume environment. Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset. High reliability, punctuality, and a professional work ethic.
