$18-$23/hour | In-Person Who are we? Born in the mountains, rooted in Louisiana flavor—Mountain Girl Pickles is a small-batch pickle company based in Boulder, CO. What began as one woman's family recipe—made famous in a mountain-town restaurant's Bloody Mary, has grown into a beloved local brand found on store shelves across Colorado. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our production kitchen team. Key Responsibilities Wash, prep, and chop a variety of fresh vegetables Assist in all stages of production, including pickling, packing, and labeling Follow recipes and food safety procedures with accuracy and consistency Maintain production logs and prep schedules accordingly Help keep a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment Follow all rules and regulations regarding food safety per Boulder County Health Department. Qualifications Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently on repetitive tasks Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and quality Strong communication and teamwork skills Previous kitchen, food production, or prep experience is a plus—but not required Must be available Tuesday and Thursdays between hours of 9am - 4pm. Physical Demands- Able to stand for 4-6 hours per shift
- Regularly lift and carry 20-40 lbs (e.g., cases of jars or bins of produce)
- Repetitive tasks involving chopping, lifting, and moving containers
- Tolerant of cool or warm kitchen environments, depending on season
