We are seeking a skilled and efficient Sandwich Maker to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Sandwich Maker, you will play a pivotal role in creating delicious sandwiches while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of sandwiches according to customer orders and standardized recipes.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in each sandwich.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following proper food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills and toasters effectively and safely.
• Collaborate with other team members to manage order flow and minimize customer wait times.
• Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimize waste and maintain cost-effectiveness.
• Keep track of inventory levels for sandwich ingredients and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow established procedures for packaging, labeling, and presenting finished sandwiches.
• Assist in maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness, including washing dishes and cleaning surfaces.
• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude, working well with fellow team members during busy shifts.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
