Restaurant Crew Member Pit Crew Member Dickey's Barbecue Pit, Lakewood (Colfax & Wadsworth) Part-Time We are looking for someone with restaurant experience. We are looking for someone who can work Tuesday, Thursday and Frida from 4pm to close (around 9:30). Pay will start at $17, plus tips (approx $2/hr). We offer free shift meals, bi-weekly pay, and a fun team atmosphere. Every employee interacts with our guests, so we are looking for someone who is friendly. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience by providing them with some of the best barbecue around in an energetic, fun and friendly atmosphere. Responsibilities:

- Be able to ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a guest-friendly environment. - Be able to efficiently take guest orders, answer questions, and correctly handle money. Ability to efficiently multi-task. - Be a team player and work well with others. Maintain and follow appropriate cleanliness, sanitation, safety standards. As a team player, be able to pitch in and help everyone in maintaining the store.

Qualifications:

Customer service and cash handling experience preferred Restaurant experience a plus Demonstrates the ability to interact with people in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers Driver's License a plus but not required.
