Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. This role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Support the culinary team during busy service periods by bussing tables and ensuring that all necessary supplies are readily available. Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food is served to guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and excellent customer service. Participate in banquet setups as needed, ensuring that all food presentation meets our high standards. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen environment, such as in a restaurant or hotel setting, is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude towards guests and team members. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
