Team Members (Grill, Fry, Prep) $19/hr

Wild Pastures Burger Company opened in Boulder five years ago with a mission to be the healthiest fast casual burger chain in the world. We strive to use the highest quality ingredients- from grass fed beef to organic produce- in every single item we serve. Our loyal customer base stretches to all four corners of Colorado. We are currently seeking part-time and full-time hourly team members for our new Timnath location. Training will begin in-store the week of April 27th, while the restaurant is not yet open. As a team member, you'll be cross trained across multiple roles and play an important part in opening the store.

Our current openings:

Grill & Fry cooks:

• Prepare and cook burgers and fried menu items to company standards
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation
• Execute grill and fry station duties efficiently during high-volume service Kitchen Prep (BOH):
• Prep sauces, produce, meat, and other recipes for daily service
• wash dishes and maintain a clean, organized kitchen
• Assist with FOH & service as needed All Positions are expected to:
• Uphold Wild Pastures' commitment to quality, sustainability, and guest satisfaction
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and efficient workflow
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest experiences
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all workstations, in compliance with food safety standards

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age (to meet alcohol serving requirements)
• Experience in customer service or casual restaurants is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Physical Demands:

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent bending, reaching, and working safely around hot grills and fryers in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
