We're an energetic, tight-knit crew known for our handmade breads, pastries, and delicious lunch offerings — all made completely from scratch, from the loaves to the dressings. This position is all about prep and consistency . You'll be working behind the scenes with our savory team to prepare and assemble fresh salads, sandwiches, specialty-toast, bagels and components for our lunch menu. It's not a customer-facing role — instead, you'll be part of the heartbeat of our kitchen, helping to keep everything running smoothly. What you'll do: Prep ingredients for our salads, sandwiches, and spreads Grill, roast, and fry proteins for use in lunch service Assemble salads, bagels, toasts and sandwiches during busy service windows Keep a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace Work closely with our kitchen team to maintain consistency and quality What we're looking for: Kitchen experience is preferred Strong knife skills and an eye for detail A reliable, hardworking teammate who thrives in a bustling environment Someone who values quality, efficiency, and being part of a collaborative crew Basic Spanish is preferred The details: This is a part-time position Friday
  • 11am-4pm, Saturday
  • 7am-3pm, Sunday
  • 7am-2pm, Monday
