Thomaston, CT Job Details Full-time $17.50 - $22.50 an hour 3 days ago Qualifications Sushi Maintaining an organized workspace Vegetable preparation Food preparation Clean workspace maintenance Entry level Under 1 year Kitchen experience Kitchen organization Full Job Description We are looking for a sushi helper to assist our sushi chef in daily kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
Cook and mix sushi rice Prepare sushi ingredients (cut vegetables, fish, etc.) Make simple sushi rolls Keep the sushi bar and work area clean and organized Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
Sushi or kitchen experience is preferred but not required Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Responsible and able to work as part of a team Training will be provided if you do not have experience.
Pay:
$17.50 - $22.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
