  • Part-time, Full-time "No experience required" The Sushi Operator is responsible for supporting and executing the sushi preparation and production process, utilizing specialized equipment and adhering to the standards for quality, hygiene, presentation, and efficiency established by the company.
This position represents an opportunity for growth within the culinary field, allowing for the development of technical and operational skills in the preparation of sushi and modern Japanese cuisine.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the assembly and presentation of sushi rolls and other dishes. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area with health department regulations. Collaborate with the chef and kitchen team to ensure an efficient workflow. Oversee the restocking process for products used online. Comply with food safety and hygiene protocols when handling food.

El Sushi Operator es responsable de apoyar y ejecutar el proceso de preparación y producción de sushi utilizando equipos especializados y siguiendo los estándares de calidad, higiene, presentación y rapidez establecidos por la empresa. Esta posición representa una oportunidad de crecimiento dentro del área culinaria, permitiendo desarrollar habilidades técnicas y operativas en la preparación de sushi y cocina japonesa moderna..
Responsabilidades :
Asistir en el armado y la presentación de rollos de sushi y otros platos. Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, ordenada y en cumplimiento con las normas del departamento de salud. Colaborar con el chef y el equipo de cocina para garantizar un flujo de trabajo eficiente. Encargarse del proceso de reabastecimiento de los productos que se utilizan en linea. Cumplir con los protocolos de seguridad alimentaria e higiene en la manipulación de alimentos.
Habilidades :
Experiencia en el área de restaurant. (favorable) Atención al detalle. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión en entornos de alta exigencia. Lealtad, puntualidad, responsabilidad y actitud colaboradora. Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y aprender rápidamente.
Requisitos :
Documentos válidos para trabajar en EE. UU. Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana, noches y días festivos. Certificación de manipulación de alimentos emitida por el Department of Health de Florida.
