Food Preparation:
wash clean, peel, chop, slice and measure ingredients according to recipes provided • Stock management: Check incoming vendor deliveries, organize the pantry, rotate stock, and restock workstations •
Sanitation:
Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils. Clean work surfaces, trash bins, and maintain hygiene standards •
Equipment:
Safely operate ovens, grills, fryers, slicer and other kitchen tools •
Compliance:
Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a clean work environment
