TOTAL COMPENSATION

$16.50 to $25 an hour Starting

BASE PAY

for experienced Kitchen Positions is from $14 to $19 an hour based on experience. All Kitchen Positions participate in Homespun Kitchen's

TIP POOL

which has ranged $2.50 to $6.00 per hour for the last three years. Hourly rates for Kitchen Positions including tips range between $18 and $25 an hour.

JOB DUTIES

Helping us make just about everything from scratch. Cooking proteins and veggies. Making sauces. Making dressings. Helping develop new recipes. Baking. You name it, we make it. Kitchen Positions prep and help with dishes as well.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

At least two years of kitchen and prep experience. We are a high volume restaurant looking for talented people for this position who are excited to let their skills shine!
