Household Assistant- Very Organized (Part Time)

Job Summary We are warm and busy family of four (plus 2 pups) looking for a mature, organized, neat, very organized and trustworthy person to help keep our home/ family running smoothly. The person will run errands, organize closets, keep kitchen clean and house neat by being a 2nd set of hands. The ideal candidate will be very good at house hold organization, keeping a house in order, detail oriented, neat & orderly, efficient, proactive and trustworthy. This role also involves engaging with our two sweet pups and picking up our daughter from school a couple of times a week. We value professionalism, attention to detail and reliability. This is not a companion role. Candidates should live within reasonable driving distance to Lakewood Ranch. Responsibilities Running errands ( Returns, Pick ups, Costco & food shopping). Scheduling vendor and maintenance appointments at the house. Assist with food prep and tidying the kitchen. Support with general household organization of closets, drawers, shelves, pantry, entrance space and seasonal cleaning projects Keep refrigerators stocked and organized Pick up daughter from school sports Gather & Sort mail and delivery packages Schedule appointments for the pups, pick up and drop off at monthly appointments light laundry (when we get behind) Communicate effectively and update on household projects. Comfortable working solo and engaging with family when they are home Skills - we are looking for someone that is: Exceptionally organized and efficient Focused on being neat and orderly Great at keeping a kitchen clean Good at multitasking and a clear thinker Trustworthy, respectful of our home A good communicator and proactive Proficient in food prep and keeping spaces neat, organized and tidy Understands how to be helpful and make things easier for the family.
