Carrot Express Carrot Express is a fast-growing healthy restaurant brand known for fresh salads, wraps, bowls, juices, and smoothies . We are looking for energetic Restaurant Team Members to join our Downtown Miami location . Main Responsibilities Customer Service Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude Take orders accurately using the POS system Answer menu questions and make recommendations Deliver an excellent guest experience Food Preparation Prepare fresh salads, bowls, wraps, smoothies, and juices Follow recipes and portion standards Maintain food quality and presentation Restaurant Operations Maintain a clean and organized workspace Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with opening and closing duties Team Collaboration Work together with kitchen and front-of-house staff Support teammates during busy service hours Maintain a positive and respectful workplace Requirements Restaurant, fast food, or hospitality experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly Availability for weekends and flexible shifts Bilingual English / Spanish preferred Compensation & Benefits $15/hour starting pay + tips Employee meal benefit (Carrot Bucks) Flexible scheduling Opportunities for career growth and promotion Positive and supportive team environment Our Culture- The Carrot Way At Carrot Express, we believe in: Fresh Food Always
