Duties Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure food items are prepared accurately and efficiently for service Plate dishes with attention to presentation and quality standards Assist with food prep tasks such as garnishing, portioning, and organizing ingredients Support the serving team by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining a clean dining area Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow Handle food safely by following proper handling procedures and hygiene standards Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere by providing friendly, attentive customer service during busy service times Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Strong knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety protocols Previous kitchen or banquet experience is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of hospitality standards including serving techniques and customer engagement Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices This role offers an engaging environment where your culinary skills and passion for hospitality can flourish.
