Who We're Looking For:

4 Kitchen Assistants We need hardworking, honest, and multi-functional team members. In a new kitchen, things move fast—we need staff who can pivot between prep, cooking, and heavy maintenance.

Shift Times:

Morning Shift:

9:00 AM - 2:30

PM Evening Shift:

4:00 PM - 9:30 PM Staff has to come earlier 15min for preparation.

Scope of Work & Responsibilities:

Prep & Cooking:

Assist with ingredient prep and execute dishes according to signature recipes.

Physical Tasks:

Must be physically strong and capable of

Deep Cleaning & Maintenance:

We maintain a spotless facility. Daily tasks include operating the dishwasher, scrubbing exhaust hoods, floor cleaning, and maintaining toilets.

Versatility:

Ready to jump into any station to ensure smooth service and a clean kitchen.

Requirements:

Integrity:

Experience:

Previous experience in Asian cuisine is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to handle heavy-duty cleaning is mandatory.

Flexibility :

Willingness to work weekends and holidays for the new launch.
