Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Subs Maker to join our dynamic food service team! As a Subs Maker, you will be responsible for crafting delicious, high-quality sandwiches and subs while maintaining efficient operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble subs and sandwiches according to established recipes and customer specifications with precision and speed Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and food handling standards are strictly followed during food preparation Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment to uphold health regulations Assist in managing cash handling procedures, including cashiering and transaction accuracy Support the team by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring a clean dining environment Upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service Adhere to all food industry standards related to quick service & fast food restaurant operations Experience Proven experience as a Subs Maker or similar role within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment Strong culinary background with knowledge of food preparation techniques specific to sandwich making Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume setting Experience in cashiering, cash handling, and customer service within the food industry Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous restaurant experience preferred; experience in retail math, grocery store operations or café environments is a plus Join us if you're passionate about crafting delicious subs while delivering top-tier service!
