Responsibilities Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications while maintaining food safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service and minimize wait times for customers Assist with food stocking, bussing tables, and ensuring the restaurant remains tidy and inviting at all times Support team members with basic kitchen tasks such as food preparation, slicing vegetables, or cleaning equipment as needed Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments preferred; experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling skills required Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude and positive approach Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cashiering, retail math calculations, and inventory management Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Previous restaurant or café experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided Join us today to be part of a vibrant team that values hard work, must be 18yrs old or older to apply.
