Crew Member

Job Overview We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused team member to join our poke and boba shop. In this role, you will prepare fresh poke bowls and bubble tea drinks, provide excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Ideal candidates are reliable, friendly, fast-paced, and enjoy working in a team environment. Duties Greet customers and take food and drink orders accurately Prepare poke bowls, toppings, sauces, and bubble tea beverages according to recipes Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, prep stations, dining area, and equipment Restock ingredients, cups, lids, utensils, and supplies as needed Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Assist with food prep including cutting vegetables, portioning proteins, and cooking tapioca pearls Ensure orders are completed quickly and accurately Support opening and closing procedures Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times Skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented attitude with a positive mindset Attention to detail and food presentation Ability to multitask and stay organized Dependable and punctual Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-40 lbs Previous food service or café experience preferred but not required Join our team and help create fresh poke bowls and handcrafted boba drinks in a fun, fast-paced environment!
