You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, including food preparation, customer interaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment. Assist in rigging setups for events or activities as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours. Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by performing basic maintenance on equipment when necessary. Uphold safety and sanitation standards in all aspects of food handling and preparation. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. MUST be able to pass a drug test for USCG Basic cooking skills with an understanding of food safety practices. Familiarity with rigging techniques is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
