At Wingstop, every order matters, every guest matters, and every team member makes a difference. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older. What You'll Do Prepare fresh, high-quality food with speed, accuracy, and consistency Deliver exceptional guest service and create a positive first impression Recommend menu items and enhance the guest experience through suggestive selling Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations as needed Execute with urgency and focus during peak business periods Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational standards What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent guest service and communication skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help others succeed Basic math and cash-handling skills Ability to maintain standards and stay focused under pressure Food service experience is a plus, but not required Why Wingstop?
