Responsibilities Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients according to recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly Support food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations Help with supporting serving staff during busy periods and dish area Follow food safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination and ensure quality standards are met Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent guest services through efficient kitchen support and communication Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with food handling, cooking techniques, and basic kitchen operations is a plus Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for team collaboration Knowledge of culinary practices, guest services, and hospitality standards will help you excel in this role A background in food safety procedures ensures compliance with health regulations
