Duties Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating to meet quality standards and presentation expectations Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Handle food handling responsibilities including portioning, packaging, and storage to ensure freshness and safety Support serving staff by bussing tables, refilling supplies, and ensuring guest areas are tidy and inviting Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and transactions when required Follow established procedures for food safety, sanitation, and hygiene to uphold health standards Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent guest service in fast-paced environments Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
