Job Description:
Roamers engage with our guests and provide excellent customer service. Whether that be taking orders for another round of drinks, helping guests choose the perfect merch, or bringing food to the tables; their mission is to have each guest be so happy with the attention, atmosphere and service that the guest is eager to come back and recommend us to friends and family.
Job Responsibilities:
Some duties include: Willingness to become exceptionally well-versed in all our menu, beer, and beverage offerings and be able to speak on them with knowledge, ease, and confidence Willingness to learn and have a commitment to proactive sales with the goal of further engaging with, and elevating, each guest's experience Excellent reliability and professionalism Other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
