Duties and Responsibilities:

Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience Perform prep and inventory tasks to ensure timely execution Accurately process payment transactions Wash dishes, flatware, and pots using dishwashers or by hand Follow health and safety guidelines Light prep work Qualifications Experience in fast casual or quick-service restaurant environments Proficiency with POS systems and basic cash handling Strong customer service and communication skills Food handling, sanitation, and safety knowledge; ability to follow health codes Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting and manage time effectively Basic math skills for transactions and up-selling opportunities Prior dining, bussing, or kitchen support experience preferred
