We are currently seeking a Late Night FOH (Front of House) team member to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Late Night FOH, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction during evening hours 10pm-3am.Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems
- Assist with food preparation and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during late-night shifts
Skills:
- Proficiency in sales techniques to upsell menu items
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Basic knowledge of food preparation methods and safety standards
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
