Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha and Micros to process orders accurately and swiftly Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist in food handling, packaging, and delivery to ensure timely service during peak hours Support kitchen operations by managing food prep tasks, stocking supplies, and ensuring efficient workflow Skills Proven experience in food preparation or food service environments such as quick service or fast food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha or Micros for efficient order processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Effective time management to handle multiple tasks during busy periods without compromising quality Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented café or restaurant setting while maintaining a positive attitude Embark on a lively career where your enthusiasm fuels memorable guest experiences!
